The interreligious Kindergarten
The kindergarten will be managed according to the latest pedagogical concepts as a “Whole Day Kindergarten”. A committee of Jewish, Christian and
Muslim parents will be deciding, accompanying and safeguarding the planning and implementation in active cooperation with the educational staff of experienced teachers and social workers.
- The kindergarten will be admitting children from the age of three months.
- Bilingual education (Hebrew and Arab) is a self-evident requirement.
- Learning about the environment, the elements of water, stones and earth as well as with plants and animals in the garden of the building will be an important
part of the educational programme.
- Meals for the children will be prepared daily with natural and fresh products.
- The kindergarten and the whole complex will conform to latest ecological criteria.
The project of the kindergarten was designed by Prof. Dr. -Ing. G. Minke, internationally renowned expert for ecological construction, in cooperation
with Dipl. Ing. Fridemann Mahlke (University of Kassel) and Dipl. Ing. David Ranow (University of Haifa).
